If there was a time that an overstressed kitchen might fail, it would have been then. But it did not fail. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the estimated time for prep and delivery was pretty much right on. We thoroughly enjoyed our soups (hot and sour and wonton) which were rich tasting and not too salty. The Pickled Cabbage and Scallion pancakes, though Chinese restaurant commodities were right up there with the best I've had. The Rose Shrimp was outstanding. The Tangerine Chicken and Chicken with Cashews were both excellent. The Changhai Chicken was not quite as enjoyable as the rest of the meal, but this was more a matter of texture than of taste. We will certainly order from Changhai again.April 26, 2017
