  The server was pretty nice and tentative for the first part of the meal. The food was pretty mediocre and extremely over priced for the quality and amout you get.
  We were offed a side of guac for the all you can eat tacos, but were charged $8 for the "appetizer" instead. Also, i inquired about smaller portion dishes; as i had eaten earlier in the day. The option given was to order all 3 items as sides instead. I was still charged for an entire meal (although i opted for the 3 separate sides instead-since i wasn't really hungry). Our server sent over a supervisor, who made some what of an effort to remedy the mistakes. She corrected the guacamole charge and corrected the check to reflect the 3 items as separate sides instead then she removed the charge for the cheapest side item- still leaving a $15 total for a chicken breast and a small portion of rice. The decor was cool, but i doubt that I'd ever dine here again. The food was average (below average if u consider what they charge) and the customer service was........ "happy with doing the bare minimal to appease the customer". That'd be the nicest way I could describe it; being in the service/restaurant industry for 12 years myself. The server did try to make up for everything with a constant smile, which is always a great win in my book.

  Eh. The food is tolerable; not terrible, but nothing outstanding. Service is generally sub-par; slow and disinterested on a good day. The combination of salsa music with the pounding rap from the bar is a bit on the irritating side, but it does distract from the fact that you're sitting there with an empty drink for 10 minutes. Overall, it's about what you should expect from a mid-end psuedo-mexican chain.

  On our first visit, my wife, who is a strict vegetarian, ordered bean tacos and very specifically told waitstaff to make sure there was no meat in it. When food came and my wife took a bite, it was a beef taco. We brought it to manager's attention, he just shrugged it off. Not even an apology.
  We decided to give this location another try yesterday. We went in there and it was very cold. When we asked them to turn the heat up, we were told that their heating system was not working. Why would a restaurant even open when there is no heat and the temp outside is 16 degrees.
  Very poorly run restaurant. Stay away from this location.

  I have been to this place quite a couple of times and I always enjoyed the food and drinks. I was usually sitting at the bar and the service was always good.
